Should you be one of the lucky winners, The Bornshorts Film Festival might want to show your film on Danish television in its full length or on a special web player through our website.
We will ALWAYS ask you for permission first.

For promotional activity before the festival, such as showing part of your film on TV or Internet we assume you have the below;

I have obtained all necessary clearances required under copyright legislation so as to enable the transmission of the production on television and the internet and the Bornshorts Film Festival will not be liable for the payment of any fees for either production or copyright or any other right of any third party and I indemnify the Bornshorts Film Festival against any damages they are required to pay to a third party and any costs or expenses (including legal costs) they incur as a result of a breach of this declaration. This indemnity will survive beyond the expiry of the Bornholm Film Festival 2010.
